Day one for Kids is a clinic that creates a safe and comfortable environment for children.
Throw on their favourite movie or show, we have Netflix and Disney+ available. Throw on a weighted blanket or just chill at our reception area with all the books and toys available.

We use proven ways to work with children and set up an experience that is focused on reducing fear and anxiety when visiting the dentist. Improving their confidence with each visit.

We also accept Medicare BULK BILLING under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS).

Special Needs
Treating brave special needs patients is one thing we love to do.
We visit and provide dental checks at most special need schools across metropolitan Adelaide and our staff are committed to working with you to make sure they feel safe and comfortable.
Check, Treat & Prevent
At a dental check-up, the dentist will assess your child for early signs of gum disease, tooth decay, bone damage, oral cancer and other dental issues. They will clean their teeth and gums of plaque and tartar that may have built up in hard-to-reach places.

Even when experiencing no symptoms of a dental issue, only a professional dentist can detect and treat oral problems that can not be seen or felt yet. Dental check-ups are crucial for maintaining healthy teeth, gums and overall oral health.
Fluoride Treatments
Fluoride is a natural mineral that builds strong teeth and prevents cavities. It’s been an essential oral health treatment for decades. Fluoride supports healthy tooth enamel and fights the bacteria that harm teeth and gums. Tooth enamel is the outer protective layer of each tooth.

Fluoride is especially helpful if you’re at high risk of developing dental caries, or cavities.
Oral Health Packs
Oral Health Packs are given to children seen by the dentist, they will include essential items such as a toothbrush with the correct hardness and size for your child.
They will also be given tooth paste, floss, toy and an oral health report that will entail the overall health and wellbeing of their teeth. It will also include any important details regarding intervention if required. If there is anything of note should be discussed and no treatment is conducted prior to contact.
